About Rema Keen
Rema is a Usui, Infinite Heart, Karuna Reiki Master. She is an Integrated Health Partner, a group of holistic health practitioners in Bristol Virginia.
Rema understands the importance of self care. Within her practice of Energy Medicine, Rema offers not only Reiki and Crystal Reiki sessions, but Chakra clearing and balancing sessions as well. Reiki is increasingly becoming an essential therapeutic tool in medical practices across the country because health care professionals are recognizing the positive effects it has on the body’s ability to heal and overcome illness.
Reiki works on a physical, emotional, mental and a spiritual level. Rema approaches Reiki as a practice of deep spiritual renewal and release. It promotes healing by helping the body to balance itself on a very deep level. It promotes healing, peace, clarity, stress relief, pain relief, sleep and relaxation. Reiki helps to release traumas, toxicity and negativity from our energy system that we tend to hold on to that may eventually cause health issues. Whether you call it the soul, or life force, or spirit, energy is what moves us. The energy in our bodies affects our health and wellbeing physically, mentally and emotionally. Mind, body and spirit are all connected by energy. Reiki is an important pathway to whole body health.

Crystal Reiki is the combination of two powerful healing modalities Crystal Therapy and Reiki Healing. It is designed to relieve stress anxiety and tension in the body and to balance chakra energy.

DISTANCE REIKI
Within the Reiki system of healing, Distance Reiki is a powerful technique that allows the Reiki practitioner to send healing Reiki energy to the client anywhere in the world. The client does not have to be in the presence of the practitioner and the healing benefits are exactly the same as a hands on Reiki session.
Energy can neither be created or destroyed, but it can be transmitted, transported and received.
