Rema is a Usui, Infinite Heart and Karuna Reiki Master, as well as a reflexologist. 

Rema understands the importance of self-care. Within her practice of Energy Medicine, Rema offers not only Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Chakra clearing and balancing sessions but Reflexology as well.  Reiki is increasingly becoming an essential therapeutic tool in medical practices across the country because health care professionals are recognizing the positive effects it has on the body’s ability to heal and overcome illness. 

Reiki works on a physical, emotional, mental  and a spiritual level. Rema approaches Reiki as a practice of deep spiritual renewal and release. It promotes healing by helping the body to balance itself on a very deep level. It promotes healing, peace, clarity, stress relief, pain relief, sleep and relaxation. Reiki helps to release traumas, toxicity and negativity from our energy system that we tend to hold on to that may eventually cause health issues. Whether you call it the soul, or life force, or spirit, energy is what moves us. The energy in our bodies affects our health and wellbeing physically, mentally and emotionally. Mind, body and spirit are all connected by energy. Reiki is an important pathway to whole body health.
